BIRTHGATE UPDATE: Pelosi Waffles on Obama Certificate of Nomination

WorldNetDaily has reported evidence suggesting that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi knows more about Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president than she is publicly admitting. At issue are two internal documents both dated August 28, 2008.

Entitled "Official Certification of Nomination," these documents appear on Democratic National Committee (DNC) stationary and purport to certify Barack Obama and Joe Biden's eligibility to serve as president and vice president.

The documents are virtually identical—with one primary difference. The first version includes this language with regard to then-candidates Obama and Biden, who "are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution":

However, the second document omits the statement verifying the eligibility of these candidates. As WND points out, the two documents appear to be "identical, down to a typographical error in 'through.'" The other difference is the stamped date of receipt by the election committee the following day, August 29, 2008:

 

WND picked up this breaking story from a piece in the Canada Free Press written by commentator, JB Williams. WND is now asking the logical question: Is Nancy Pelosi in on eligibility cover-up? Williams thinks so. He writes, "Now this is the stuff real conspiracies are made of! Please allow me to connect the dots . . . The DNC drafted, signed and notarized TWO slightly different versions of their Official Certification of Nomination documents, not one."

Williams adds, "One of those documents had complete legal language, and one of them was missing the text concerning the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama. The version which is absent any certification of constitutional standing for the office of president is the version that was filed with every state in the country, and the one used by the DNC to elect Barack Obama."

If both documents prove to be authentic it's clear Nancy Pelosi waffled . . . or worse.

Williams believes "the fact that TWO DNC Certifications exist, both signed, dated and notarized by the same individuals on the same day, means that a very real conspiracy to commit election fraud was under way, and since it took until six months after the election to uncover it, the conspiracy was indeed successful."

To his credit, Williams double checked the Republican National Committee's nomination form and found "the RNC nomination form filed with the states certifies that John McCain met all constitutional requirements for the Office of President."

Alan Keyes Unplugged: Stop Obama or US "will cease to exist"

"Obama is a radical communist," so says former presidential hopeful, Alan Keyes, who has voiced his harshest criticism to date about the direction Barack Obama is leading America. "He is going to destroy this country," says Keyes, "and we are either going to stop him or the United States of America is going to cease to exist." And Keyes is just warming up . . .

In an interview with KHAS-TV, Keyes takes aim at Obama's radical positions on infanticide, immigration, and Obama's "insane" stimulus package, saying, "We are claiming that a bankrupt government can save a bankrupt banking system . . . and we're all acting like the laws of economics have been repealed and we can actually afford to foot the bill with money nobody's got, this is insane."

Ambassador Keyes explained why he doesn't refer to Obama as "president": "According to the Constitution, in order to be eligible for president you have to be a natural born citizen. He has refused to provide proof. I'm not sure he's even president of the United States."

That the same doubt bothers retired Major General Carroll D. Childers, who served America for 38 years. In this article, Childers said, "What I really want is the truth; is Obama a natural born citizen of the United States. If not a natural born citizen, America has been defrauded and then we would be stuck with Joe Biden whose only redeeming attribute is that he is probably not a communist."

Birthgate Update: Supreme Court Will Conference on Berg v. Obama

The U.S. Supreme Court has twice turned down challenges over Barack Obama's eligibility to become the 44th President. A third challenge will be weighed by the Supremes on January 9, 2009, according to their online docket. This time around, the justices will decide whether to hear a case filed by Democrat attorney Philip J. Berg. While Berg's request seeking an injunction to stay the electoral college process was denied, his original case will now have at least an initial hearing.

Berg believes president-elect Obama is "not a constitutionally qualified natural born citizen and is ineligible to assume the office of president of the United States." To learn more about Berg's beef with Barack, watch the video below—which we previously posted on 10/19/08:

Obama Birthgate Update: America Wants Answers, says AOL Poll

America Online is asking the nation, "Do you think there is any merit to the controversy surrounding Barack Obama's citizenship?" Although the national AOL poll is little more than an unscientific survey, it reflects the view of more than 81,000 respondents.

Thus far, the majority (49%) of the participants believe there's merit in determining whether or not Barack Obama is a natural born citizen—one of the qualifications for becoming president—while 44% disagree that Obama's citizenship is an issue. Seven percent are undecided.

At the time of this snapshot of the AOL survey, a number of "blue states" which had voted for Obama in the election (such as CO, NH, NM, PA, and VA) are now interested in seeing proof that their candidate is constitutionally eligible to be president.

Birthgate Update: Supremes Reject Appeal

The U.S. Supreme Court will not entertain an emergency appeal contesting president-elect Barack Obama's eligibility to become president. The appeal, filed by Leo Donofrio, a retired New Jersey lawyer, maintained that, while Obama was born in Hawaii, Obama actually had dual nationality upon his birth. Obama's mother was an American and his Kenyan father was a British subject at the time.

Donofrio maintains this dual citizenship means Obama does not meet the Constitution's provision requiring the president be a "natural born citizen." The court offered no comment for its rejection of the appeal.

This news comes as a blow to Joe Biden who would have been next in line for the Oval Office had the Supremes disqualified Obama.

And yet, the audacity of hope springs eternal for Biden—the high court has yet to determine the fate of Philip Berg's appeal which maintains that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii.

Birthgate Update: Obama Birth Certificate A Forgery

Dr. Polarik, who has a PhD in structural media, uses some wiz-bang technology to question the authenticity of Barack Obama's certificate of live birth. Upon close examination, Dr. Polarik concludes the document to be a forgery . . . more good news for Joe Biden who has the audacity of hope that Obama will soon be disqualified for office.

TV Ad Latest in Obama Birthgate Saga

Illuminati Pictures has produced a new 60-second TV spot (see below) questioning whether Barack Obama meets the constitutional requirements to become the next United States President—an issue widely ignored by the old media. In a related development, this Friday the U.S. Supreme Court will conduct a preliminary hearing regarding the eligibility of president elect Obama under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution. If the Supremes find grounds to disqualify Obama, Joe Biden will step up to the top slot. No doubt Biden is privately praying for a miracle.

Kenyan Ambassador Confirms Obama Birthplace

There's a new development in Barack Obama's ongoing Birth-Gate controversy. On November 6, radio talk show host Mike Clark of "Mike in the Morning" on WRIF, Detroit, placed a call to the Embassy of Kenya located in Wash., D.C. in which Ambassador Peter Ogego states the birthplace of president elect Barack Obama in Kenya is a well-known landmark.

Joining Mike in the phone call were co-hosts Trudi Daniels and Marc Fellhauer. Here's a partial transcript of the exchange:

Clark: "We want to congratulate you on Barack Obama, our new president, and you must be very proud."

Ogego: "We are. We are. We are also proud of the U.S. for having made history as well."

Fellhauer: "One more quick question, President-elect Obama's birthplace over in Kenya, is that going to be a national spot to go visit, where he was born?"

Ogego: "It's already an attraction. His paternal grandmother is still alive."

Fellhauer: "His birthplace, they'll put up a marker there?"

Ogego: "It would depend on the government. It's already well known."
